Coach Mike Hesson made few Changes in T20 Squad Against Bangladesh

Coach Mike Hesson is an experienced coach, and he has a lot of expertise. He has a successful hunt via Islamabad United, and IU has won most of the PSL tournament. However, PSL is an ongoing tournament, and it would not be wise to discuss those teams. Coach Mike Hesson, during his selection as a coach, had a meeting with Aaqib Javed to suggest that he wants Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan back in the team. However, he said that, according to the media, the condition is that only if they improve their style of play and play aggressively will the right roles be given to them, and they can dominate any team. 

Coach Mike Hesson seems like he wants to maintain the balance in the team, and he wants the right players in the team so there is a balance and bench strength is maintained. In the past, Pakistan cricket suffered due to players' egos, and players took their team place for granted, which later PCB to make the right decision to exclude some of the players, like Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, from the T20 squad, and now both of these players are trying to sort out issues and differences with the PCB; however, it seems nothing has worked for both of them.

Coach Mike Hesson changed three players. According to the media, the selectors selected Sufyan, Abbas Afridi, and Haider Ali; however, Coach Mike Hesson vetoed that decision and included Faheem Ashraf, Talat Hussain, and Naseem Shah to maintain the right combination and the right team. It seems like Coach Mike Hesson wants mostly all-rounders in the team for T20 matches, as it gives strength to the batting order, like ex-captain Sarfaraz Ahmed used to do.
