DHA Lahore Fees Structure Update, Price Updates, and Updated List

Here is the official update from DHA Lahore Management regarding their service, plot transfer, and other fee structure updates. 

Registration and membership fees 

Registration and membership fees for DHA Phase 1 to DHA Phase 8 have been updated. Regular fees are PKR 50,000, 5 to 10 Marla is PKR 75,000, 1 Kanal is PKR 150,000, and 2 Kanal is PKR 200,000. For commercial 4 Marla, it is PKR 150,000, and for 8 Marla, it is PKR 200,000.

Transfer Fees 

DHA Lahore Management has updated transfer fees as well as of now for Phase 1 to 7. The fees for residential transfer are from PKR 10,500 to 210,000. For residential Phase 8, the transfer fee is from PKR 2,500 to PKR 50,000. The commercial transfer fee from Phase 1 to Phase 7 is 105,000 to 420,000. For Phase 8, the commercial transfer fee is from PKR 18,750 to PKR 75,000. For transferring a building, residential fees are from PKR 15,750 to 315,000. And lastly, transfer commercial building fees from PKR 131,250 to 525,000.
