Quetta Gladiators Qualifies for Final by Beating Islamabad United

Quetta Gladiators are the best team of PSL season 10 (2025), and they have now successfully qualified to play for the finals of PSL season 10. Islamabad United looked like an unbeatable team at the start of PSL season 10, 2025. While the Quetta Gladiators looked like a weak and average team, after a couple of matches, QG learned from their mistakes, and now, after 6 years, QG has qualified to play for the final in PSL season 10. Islamabad United's performance was good, while the team combination needed to be sorted out, as too many changes in the team were an issue for them. 

Quetta Gladiators batted first in the qualifier match as Dinesh Chandimal made 48 runs by playing 28 balls and gave Quetta Gladiators an edge against Islamabad. While Faheem Ashraf made 45 runs by playing only 23 balls, Finn Allen made 41 runs by playing 27 balls. The pick of the bowlers for Islamabad United was Ben Dwarshuis, as he took two wickets and conceded 31 runs in his 4-over spell. Salman Irshad took two wickets and conceded 34 runs in his 4-over spell. Shahdab Khan took one wicket and conceded 19 runs in his 2-over spell. QG posted a total of 209 runs with the loss of 6 wickets. 

In reply, Islamabad United's Sahibzada Farhan scored 52 runs by playing 35 balls. Islamabad United's vice captain Salman Ali Agha scored 44 runs by playing 26 balls, and Rassie van der Dussen scored 35 runs by playing 23 balls. The pick of the bowlers for the Quetta Gladiators was Usman Tariq, as he took three wickets and conceded 32 runs in his 4-over spell. Moreover, Mohammad Amir took two wickets and conceded 31 runs in his over spell. Faheem Ashraf took two wickets and conceded 33 runs in his 4-over spell. Islamabad United only managed to make 179 runs against Quetta Gladiators, while Islamabad United still have a chance to qualify for the finals.
