Saif Ali Khan's Childhood Home at Risk Due to Enemy Property Act.

Saif Ali Khan is no stranger, and he is mostly known for his iconic leading roles in Bollywood movies, which made him famous and a star in India. But it is mostly unknown to many people that Saif Ali Khan is a Nawab of Bhopal, due to his ancestors. Saif might lose his US $180 worth of properties due to the Enemy Properties Act in India.

Due to high links and the high profile of Saif Ali Khan, the High Court lifted the stay order on these properties in 2015, including Flag Staff House, where Saif Ali Khan lived there in his childhood days. Under the Enemy Act, the Government of India is allowed to seize or forfeit those properties that migrated to Pakistan and properties belonging to Pakistanis in India.

The Government of India claims that Saif Ali Khan's ancestors migrated to Pakistan in 1950, and the Government of India claims that it is their right to take control over Saif Ali Khan's property. According to the Indian government, Hamidullah had three daughters, and one of his daughters, named Abida Sultan, migrated to Pakistan, while the other two daughters married in India and stayed in India. Due to Abida's actions, the Indian government claims that they have the right to claim these properties under the Enemy Properties Act.
