US Pauses Tariffs for 3 Months for All Countries expect China

Donald Trump announced from the White House via X (Twitter) that he is going to pause tariffs on all countries except China. The US president clarified it that the 10% flat tariff will remain; however, they have paused the tariff for 3 months due to clarity over negotiations with more than 75 countries, which are likely to include Pakistan in that list due to PM Shahbaz Sharif already has formed a team that will negotiate with US authorities over tariff issues. 

However, Donald Trump stated that China's hostility towards the US was not the right way to resolve the issue, and the US will not be used by China again. Donald Trump posted that China has shown disrespect to the world market; that is why he has increased tariffs against China and imposed a total of 125% tariff against China. Moreover, due to the decision of US President Donald Trump, the global stock market became green again and retained most of the points that they lost during last week's Donald Trump tariff announcement.

The US president stated that he has paused tariffs for all countries, except for China, due to more than 75 countries approaching US authorities to negotiate a deal that will be win-win for all countries. Moreover, the US stated that they will not be allowed to get bullied by China from now on, and this is a different government that China has to deal with. Due to the attitude China has shown, that is why the US did not pull the plug on tariffs on China, while China has also raised the tariff for US exports to China 84% in total.

However, these tariff and trade wars won't solve the US or China issue. A trade war and tariff increase are likely to bring inflation and depression globally, which may have been acknowledged by the US government. Moreover, if the US President had not withdrawn these tariffs, then the situation would have been like an abyss for the US and its citizens.
